Mixed Experience with Some Highlights

Staying here offered a quick commute to the Mayo Clinic, essential for our family. The breakfast selection could use more protein options, but the staff's willingness to help with directions was great. If you have any fragrance sensitivities, be sure to communicate them in advance.

No nonsense, just the truth

The location is convenient with nearby shopping options like Target and a gas station. Staff were friendly, and I appreciated the help when I left my phone behind. The room was cozy with a comfy bed and a reasonable rate. Beware of noise from adjoining rooms on busy nights, though.

room was dilapidated. bed was not comfortable and dirty. linen was not fresh.the breakfast " labelled as hot" was a joke. there was nothing "hot"there. no cereals, no milk. only items available were stale bread some donuts. the area consisted of 2 tables and chairs only.

great access to parks and eateries for weekend strolls

I loved how clean and comfy the stay was, and it was just a short walk to Pancheros and several other restaurants that really made it easy to grab a bite after exploring the nearby Cascade Meadow Wetlands and Environmental Science Center, which I found good for a city stroll too.

Overall had great stay for two nights.

The bed and pillows were comfortable.

The lobby was dirty with long lines for check-in. The bathroom in our room had hair and dust in the corners. The facility looked rundown and in need of deep cleaning.

It was a budget hotel.

Staff and rooms of this cheap hotel were nice. The room was neat, with one queen bed.

Staff was freindly and accomadating.

I didn't care for a filth room and finding pubic hair on a supposedly clean bed and bedding. Carpets were filthy and not very well maintained or cleaned. Cleaning staff should be trained on how to clean rooms and change bedding. I was not even offered a discount on the room rate after being subjected to this. They howevre did give me a differnt room as they just happened to of had one. That helped but I still think they should have offer a discount on the room. My wife and I didn't sleep well that night as we felt as if we were sleep in filth. I hope you read these comments and take approperate action to correct this type of issue so future guest do not have the same experience as we did.

Good value but still a comfortable room. Easy to book, check-in, do a grab and run breakfast.

I loved the convenient shuttle service to the Mayo Clinic, so helpful! The room was well-kept, but the breakfast options weren't great. Would appreciate a few more healthy choices next time 😊

Convenience and location. Originally from the Rochester area so facilitates visiting familiar places.

Just perfect stay in a cheap hotel. The rooms with microwaves, refrigerators plus comfortable bed. Everything was really good as expected, yet the bathroom was quite small. We used the shuttle service too.
